We are currently looking for a Telesales Executive to join our reputable client based in Billericay on a full-time permanent basis. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.

What will you be doing?

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to up-sell new products and services
  • Answering questions about products and the Company
  • Self-generation of leads and following up third party leads
  • Process orders ensuring all paper work is completed with supporting documentation
  • Handle grievances to preserve the Company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Update information onto the in-house system

What experience do you need ?

  • Must have previous Telesales experience or experience within a similar Sales role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Word) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
